Bulgogi Beef and Onions over Rice


My husband and I are continuing to eat healthy and last night we had beef and onions. Not the usual beef and onions, but Bulgogi Beef and Onions. How is this different than regular beef and onions you may ask? Well, the Bulgogi beef is thinly sliced (like wafers) and marinated in Korean BBQ Sauce in the refrigerator for at least two hours, less if you just can't wait! It turned out so delicious that we are having left-overs tonight.

Oops, I lied - but not on purpose! I really thought we'd eat left-overs. Ended up eating shu-mai and pot stickers. They were delicious and plenty for us to eat, no need to gorge ourselves.
